What are we looking for?

The contest will provide reimbursable financing of up to S/. 300 thousand to business plans approved by Agroideas that contribute to climate adaptation initiatives located in the following areas

In this call, 58 districts in Arequipa, Apurímac, Cusco, Puno and Lima (province of Yauyos) are participating. See participating districts.

This modality of reimbursable funds with Agroideas is known as window 3.

This call will be open until 27 local initiatives corresponding to window 3 are completed.

Drigido a

Small and/or medium agricultural producers with an approved business plan or entrepreneurship plan for rural or indigenous women and with an agreement signed by Agroideas (Productivity Compensation Program - Agroideas).
The public includes producer organizations, associations, native communities, peasant communities, limited liability companies, corporations, cooperatives, among others.

Prioritized topics

The Local Initiatives to be chosen must integrate measures:

Main Value Chains of camelids (alpacas, llamas and vicuña) and high Andean crops (quinoa, native potato varieties).
Eligible Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) measures:
Conservation and restoration of wetlands, family qochas, agroforestry, forest restoration with native species, restoration of terraces and terraces, integrated soil fertility management, infiltration ditches, contour farming, conservation agriculture and sustainable pasture management.
