Implement and activate the Water Ecosystem Services Retribution Mechanisms (Water ESRM) in order to carry out actions aimed at protecting, conserving and restoring the water ecosystem services provided by the Quilca-Chili River Basin, included in the Salinas y Aguada Blanca National Reserve - RNSAB and its buffer zone to ensure the quality and quantity of the water resources provided by the water sources.
